PGINET Consulting was created in 1998 by Paul Gallagher. As the former webmaster of www.autobytel.com, one of the largest and most successful automotive media and marketing services companies in the world, Paul learned how to manage a large scale application and to apply much of what he had learned studying Computer Science at Cal State Fullerton. It was then that Paul decided to become a freelance web developer, kicking PGINET off with projects for The Nixon Library and Birthplace in Yorba Linda, California and CIGNA FIS. With the help of the most talented individuals met along the way, it would be a long foray into insurance and educational applications that would shape PGINET Consulting as a company of creativity and expertise.
